She ranks among the top real estate agents on the Emerald Coast in overall sales volume. In 2011, she was ranked the #1 RE/MAX agent in the entire state of Florida among individual RE/MAX agents. 

Cindy Cole is a career long entrepreneur and seasoned sales professional. After studying Journalism at the University of Georgia, Cindy enjoyed more than ten years in the outdoor advertising and sign industry as a top ranking sales executive. She formed her own company in 2004 where she developed billboards in Atlanta, GA and consulted on major outdoor advertising projects including many of the signs still seen today in Times Square. After selling her company assets in 2004, Cindy ventured into real estate developing and investing. One of her investments led her to Destin, FL and the rest they say is history.  

Cindy credits her sales and marketing experience, tenacity and belief that all things are possible to her early and continued success in real estate sales. She believes her greatest strength lies in her commitment to communication and in simply answering her phone. 

Gail Silvers, Broker, Realtor, CIPS, TRC, LMC is a 30 year career veteran in the Destin and South Walton real estate markets. She specializes in residential, resort second homes and international buyers. After earning her BS degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, she began her career in Destin and has developed an unparalleled knowledge of the real estate market. She excelled as an onsite Sandestin Beach Resort Sales Executive for 20 years before becoming an independent Broker-Associate. In 2009, she successfully completed the Emerald Coast Association Leadership Program. In 2010, she received her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation from the National Association of Realtors. Gail has served as the Co-Chair and Chair of the ECAR International Council and remains an active member. She continues to be active in the local, state and national Realtor Associations. 

Over the years, Gail Silvers has developed a true passion for customer relationships. She is dedicated to helping each of her clients find or sell their home and enhancing each closing through consistent follow-up and communication. She knows that buying or selling a home should be a pleasant experience. 

Donna Rainwater, Realtor, directs client services, closings and daily operations as the General Manager for Cindy Cole Fine Homes. In her last venture, she served as President of a local, multi-location automobile rental company in Atlanta. Swept away by waterviews, Donna joined her long-time friend Cindy in 2010. 

Donna is supported by part-time administrative staff and contract employees.
